Sunday School (Ages 3½–Kindergarten)Helping our youngest children grow in faith, love, and community.
Welcome to Sunday School!
Our Sunday School program provides a joyful, faith-filled environment where children ages 3½ (by September 1) through Kindergarten can begin to build a relationship with Jesus and grow in their understanding of the Catholic faith.
Children attend class during the 10:00 a.m. Mass, from September through May.
What We Teach
We use the Allelu! curriculum from Our Sunday Visitor, which engages children through hands-on, multisensory activities that are developmentally appropriate.
Lessons are Christ-centered, liturgically based, and designed to:
Introduce children to prayer and the Church year
Teach basic Catholic truths and values
Help them feel at home in their faith community
Be a Part of It — Volunteer!
Our Sunday School program depends on the support of adult volunteers who serve as teachers and classroom helpers. Training and materials are provided—just bring a willing heart!
All volunteers 18 and older must meet Diocesan Safe Environment requirements.
